The luxury lancemore lindenderry
Lancemore’s Red Hill iteration, the Lindenderry Estate, is home to a boutique hotel, vineyard and hatted restaurant The Dining Room. Starting in Food and Beverage, I expanded my role into content creation. My food photography is frequently shared on the restaurant’s social media, and I have written sample long-form marketing material intended for blog use.

Helicopter Lunch on the Mornington Peninsula: Arriving to Lancemore Lindenderry in Style
Lancemore Lindenderry offers one of the most unique hotel experiences on the Mornington Peninsula. The estate is home to a boutique hotel, working vineyard, winery and AGFG Hatted restaurant, The Dining Room.
Its newest offering? Arriving at the estate via helicopter ride, thanks to Microflite.
Last week, Microflite's iconic red aircraft made a statement arriving next to the estate vines, where passengers were greeted with Lindenderry Sparkling Rose and friendly staff. Restaurant Manager Alyssia Watson personally accompanied our guests to The Dining Room for their renowned fine dining lunch service.
The Dining Room offers a set tasting experience designed to take guests on a journey through the best of Mornington Peninsula produce and small suppliers. Overlooking the vineyard and iconic Lindenderry aisle, diners are treated to dishes inspired by the region and prepared by Head Chef, Nick McGonigal. The Dining Room, under his influence, adopts a food philosophy driven by sustainable practices in the kitchen.
To start, guests can enjoy Hawkes potato pave topped with caviar. To finish, McGonigal uses the region's surplus of quinces in a white chocolate, red wine quince and macadamia dessert—as well as a cheeseboard that showcases the diversity of Peninsula produce.
Working alongside McGonigal, Alyssia Watson is an integral part of the Lindenderry dining experience. Watson enjoys being a part of each guest's journey in The Dining Room, offering extensive insights on dishes and wines. She is a driving force for the Microflite and Lindenderry collaboration, working with the Victorian family-owned business to offer a truly unique lunch on the Peninsula.
Microflite has the largest fleet of single and twin-engine turbo helicopters in Victoria, offering charter services to some of the most exciting regions in the state. Its current Peninsula offerings include trips to Alba Hot Springs, Jackalope and Point Leo Estate. Helicopter charters often use the Lindenderry estate as its landing ground, past the vines and next to Arthurs Seat Road.
Introducing helicopter lunches in The Dining Room is an exciting new venture, contributing to the one-of-a-kind experiences to be had in the Mornington region. Whether staying in the boutique country hotel, or just joining us for a long lunch, Lancemore Lindenderry is here to facilitate something special for all guests.
Contact General Manager James Perkins to organise your bespoke package, such as a helicopter charter through Microflite. Bookings for the hotel and The Dining Room can be made online.
